These sessions are day-long sessions.
They are modularly constructed so they can be split into half-day sessions but are
only complete once both halves are done.
The content is structured for 6hrs. Which leaves time for two short breaks and a lunch in between.

Learn about the superpowers that lie within ‘YOU’ and your teammates. Discover unique strengths that lie within each of us. Help attendees turn their capabilities into realities and perform at their best to combine their superpowers in a way that will move organisations forward!

Finding Meaning in Work Relationships

Learning about your team differences and similarities that make your teamwork. Take a look at your own relationship triggers; positive, negative and what you find important. Learn how you can adjust to open yourself to hear the trues heart of communication and connect with your own truest self. This workshop will help teams to improve their interpersonal relationships by bringing greater understanding to ‘who’ each person is and what they innately offer.

Feedback Leadership Masterclass

Giving and receiving feedback can be extremely daunting to us all. This masterclass will provide attendees with the skills not only to deliver but also to receive feedback and steer the conversation towards learning.

What makes a team Innovative?

People are often left feeling undervalued and undermined. This workshop will take individuals and teams on a journey to break through roadblocks hindering innovative teamwork.

Lunch & Learn

These sessions are timed to fit into an hour break. The content is structured for 40 minutes. Which leaves time for a short introduction and still to have time to get a cup of coffee before the next meeting.

Feedback

Feedback takes a whole lot of bravery, a good dose of compassion and heck of a lot of patience. I call it having GGUTS.

Feedback is an action, not a theory. In these sessions, we not only provide you with an easy to use framework, but we also help you to analyse, practice and engage with the content and those around you.

Who are Me/We

What is the use of managers? what do they need to do and how does strategy fail through hierarchy?

In this game, we teach people why management is useful and what role they can play to make managers better.

COMPETE OR CO-OPERATE?

How cooperative are you?

In this session, we show how difficult co-operation is and how we need to constantly work at it. 

We are only team players if we try, our nature is not to trust. Only through cooperation to we thrive.

JENGA FOR TEAMS!

In this game, we show you what the strengths of teamwork entail. What works best and what less so. A fun way of finding where your strengths should be and who you should have in a team.

This game is under development and will be ready in autumn 2019.
